Sussed: Imposter Game · Effective 30 October 2026
Sussed is made by Anzor Kunashev ("we"), the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: [email protected].
What is collected, and why
The app sends data to the providers below, which process it for the stated purposes.
| Provider | Data | Purpose | Legal basis |
|---|---|---|---|
| Google Analytics for Firebase | App instance ID; on iOS, the identifier for vendor (IDFV); on Android, the advertising ID; how you use the app (such as screens viewed, round settings and results, settings changes, paywall, purchase, subscription and ad events); device model, OS, language, app version; approximate location derived from your IP address | Understanding how the game is played, to improve it | Our legitimate interest in improving the game |
| Firebase Crashlytics (Google) | Crash and error reports: stack trace, device state, an installation ID, the in-app events before the crash, subscription status | Finding and fixing crashes | Our legitimate interest in a working app |
| Google AdMob and its ad partners AppLovin, Unity Ads, Liftoff (Vungle) and Meta Audience Network | Device identifiers such as the Android advertising ID; IP address; device information; ad views and taps; your consent choices | Showing ads in the free version, measuring them, preventing ad fraud | Your consent for personalised ads; our legitimate interest in funding the free game for non-personalised ads |
| RevenueCat | An anonymous app user ID; your purchase and subscription history from the App Store or Google Play; the Firebase app instance ID; device information; IP address | Managing Sussed Plus subscriptions and restoring purchases; sending subscription events (purchases, trials, renewals, cancellations) to Google Analytics | Performing our contract with you; our legitimate interest in improving the game (events sent to Google Analytics) |
If you email us, we use your email address and message to reply, based on our legitimate interest in answering you.
Providing this data isn't a legal or contractual requirement, but subscriptions can't work without the purchase data.
Google and the ad partners, including Meta, and their own partners may use cookies, device identifiers and similar storage technologies on your device to collect information, to show and measure ads; on Android this can include your activity over time and across apps. Each of them acts under its own privacy policy:
- How Google uses information from apps that use its services: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
- For more information about AppLovin's collection and use of your information visit: https://legal.applovin.com/privacy/
- Unity: https://unity.com/legal/privacy-policy
The providers are bound by their terms with us to protect this data at least as well as this policy does. Data is sent to them encrypted. The providers are mainly in the United States; transfers from the EEA, UK and Switzerland rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (with its UK and Swiss extensions) or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. You can ask us for a copy of these safeguards.
Your choices
- Ads consent. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland, Sussed asks for your consent before personalised ads. Where the law gives you a choice, Settings → Privacy Options lets you change or withdraw it at any time.
- Advertising ID. On Android, you can delete or reset your advertising ID in your device's Google settings. On iOS, Sussed never asks for tracking permission, so the advertising identifier (IDFA) is not used.
- Do Not Track. Sussed is an app and does not receive browser Do Not Track signals.
How long data is kept
- Google Analytics: user-level and event data is deleted after 2 months.
- Crashlytics: crash reports are deleted after 90 days.
- RevenueCat: kept while needed to provide and restore your subscription, or until you ask us to delete it.
- Ad partners: kept under each partner's own privacy policy.
- Emails: kept as long as needed to answer you.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal data, and withdraw consent at any time. To request any of these, including deletion, email [email protected]. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
You can object at any time to our use of your data based on legitimate interest by emailing [email protected].
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version at this address with a new effective date.
